Why I do this

Your time is the whole point.

Most business owners didn't start out to spend their evenings chasing invoices, pasting leads into spreadsheets, or logging into five different tools.

You started it for freedom. More time with your people, more time doing the work you love, more time to go wherever and do whatever lights you up.

That's why I do what I do. I design and build one connected system around the way you actually work, so the repetitive stuff runs itself and you get your hours back.

How I got here

I know what it costs when your business runs you.

My first business was an award-winning concept that nearly sent me under. It took a toll on my health and my relationships, and it left me with a very clear picture of what I didn't want to build.

A friend pointed me toward James Wedmore's Business By Design program, and it changed everything. I moved into online course creation and discovered Kajabi. That grew into a six-figure business that let me leave corporate and run things from home while raising my kids.

Along the way I built websites, funnels and automations for hundreds of other business owners. I kept seeing the same pattern: the businesses that grew without burning out weren't working harder — they had a system behind them.

So I built Smart SaaSy. One platform, shaped around how you work, for coaches, course creators and service providers who want a business that runs smoothly without them parked in every corner of it.

Outside of work

I build systems so I can spend time out of the office.

I practise what I preach. When the business runs on a system, I get to do the things I love.

Sailing

I'm a total beginner and already hooked. The plan is to move my family and this business onto a yacht in the next few years, and I'm building the systems now to make it happen.

Travel

I started out as a travel agent, spent a season as a ski rep in Europe, and even worked as a cruise ship bingo caller. The Maldives is my favourite place on earth, and I dream of hosting a retreat there one day.

Cocktails

I'm always up for a good one — ideally at sunset, ideally with friends. If we ever meet, I'll let you buy the first round. Or I'll buy it.

I live in Australia with my Dutch husband (we met online, which is the most automated romance I know of) and a very busy family.
